Why The Name #Ekalavya?

In the fabled epic Mahabaratha, Ekalavya, a tribal prince, was denied training by Guru Dronacharya. Undeterred, he self-trained before a clay idol of Drona, mastering archery without a direct coach. When Drona got wind of this, he demanded Ekalavya’s right thumb as Guru Dakshina (fees). Ekalavya obeyed, sacrificing his talent in devotion. While Guru Drona had his specific asks, we at RHWB don't!! We recognize the effort you are taking to self train

Ok lets say I register today.. when will the program start? 

You can register to the program any day of the week. The training program will start the following Sunday. So you register Mon for ex, from next sunday your training will start. 

5K (Walk & Run Program) - 10 Weeks structured training
10K (Run) - 13 weeks structured training

Any other protip before I jump in? 

  • Suggest you buy a Garmin or Apple watch and connect that to Final Surge. You can also have a Strava account and connect that to final surge. IN this way you can record your runs and check your metrics against Final Surge recommendations

  • Check out the gears section for recommendations on what you should do to buy shoes (most important element)
