Steamed dudhi muthia can also be further sautéed in oil with mustard seeds and sesame seeds if you want to get little crispy, brown layer around the outside. Sesame seeds give nice crunch and nutty taste to it. You can also try other variations with palak-methi, mooli, cabbage and so on.
