2. Use of Registration Information:  Personally identifiable information will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties without prior consent. RHWB LLC may use registration information and other voluntarily submitted data in the following ways:

• To help our coaches & management team develop new features and services for Site Members and Users.

 

• To provide advertisers with general (not individual) information about our Member base and User usage patterns.

• To customize advertising based on Member and User preferences.

• To provide personalized experiences for Members and Users on our site.
  
  RHWB LLC reserves the right to conduct statistical analyses and profiling of Member and User behavior to measure interest in different areas of the site and to inform advertisers. Only aggregate data will be shared with third parties; no personally identifiable information will be disclosed. In the event third parties are permitted to offer subscription or registration-based services through the Site, RHWB LLC will not be responsible for their actions or policies. Members and Users should review the applicable privacy policies of such third parties before providing personal information.

However, we retain the right to use your content to provide required services to you and other system users linked to your account. We may also use your content in a non-identifiable manner for marketing, system development, and testing purposes. If you cancel your account, your data will be retained in our system for one month before deletion and may not be recoverable after that period. RHWB LLC is not liable for data that is altered, lost, or damaged by Members or third parties. We will make a good faith effort to recover missing or damaged data but cannot guarantee recovery.

 

Section 6. Use of Interactive Areas

RHWB LLC may provide Interactive Areas on the Site. We do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of material posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed in these areas. - Posting the same note more than once (spamming).

- Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the Interactive Areas or that exposes RHWB LLC to liability or detriment.

 

RHWB LLC reserves the right to remove communications that fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions and to terminate a Member's access to Interactive Areas upon breach. RHWB LLC has no liability or responsibility for the performance or nonperformance of screening activities.

The Site may contain advertisements by third parties, which may include links to other websites. RHWB LLC does not endorse any product or make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials in or linked to any advertisement on the Site.
